Duration of Treatment

An amateur tattoo can often be removed in a few sessions, while multi-color, professional tattoos may take around a dozen sessions. In any case, lightening tattoos for a cover-up can typically be done in 3-4 sessions.

Sessions usually only take 2-10 minutes each. Please note that for multi-session treatment plans, each session must be at least 6 weeks apart for adequate healing time
How to Prepare
Please accomplish this checklist prior to your appointment:
- Bring an official photo I.D.
- Shave any hair covering your tattoo the night before
- Avoid using lotions or moisturizers on your tattoo
- Avoid using hair products if the tattoo you want removed is near your hair
- Eat at least a few hours prior to your appointment
- Wear loose clothing so we can easily access the tattoo
- Inform us of all your medications or of any changes in your medication before your treatment
- Make sure your tattoo is at least one month old and fully healed to start removal treatment
Please note that we cannot treat anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, or sunburnt on the tattoo area.
